Frame 360 Studios provides photography and videography services for events based on the client’s requirements. Clients must read and agree to these terms before booking.

Key Points to Acknowledge

* By booking, you confirm you’ve read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
* Not reading these terms doesn’t exempt you from responsibilities.
* Frame 360 Studios isn’t liable for issues arising from your failure to review these terms.
* Contact us for clarifications before booking.
* We may update these terms without notice. Regularly check for changes.

Services Overview

* Clients must provide a detailed brief about their needs.
* If details are unclear, the photographer will interpret the brief at their discretion.
* We recommend having an authorized representative present during the shoot to ensure alignment with your vision.

Travel and Accommodation

* For events outside Madurai (or 10-15km from our studio):
* Client covers travel and accommodation costs.
* Travel options: Economy flights, AC trains, or safe SUVs.
* Local AC transport must be arranged by the client.
* Accommodation:
* 3-star or above AC lodging within 1km of the venue.
* Required for early (before 7am) or late (after 10pm) events.
* Client must book and share travel tickets/accommodation details in advance.

Creative Control and Output

* We aim to match the style and quality shown on our website/social media.
* However, factors like venue, lighting, weather, and guest cooperation affect the final output.
* We don’t guarantee specific shots or moments.
* No physical edits (e.g., body size, hair) except minor skin touch-ups.

Event Details and Communication

* Share complete event details at least 15 days before the event.
* Delays in providing details may impact service quality.
* Assign someone to guide the photographer during the event for desired shots.

Social Media and Privacy

* We may use your photos/videos on our social media and website.
* Privacy options:
* 3-month cooling period: No online use for 3 months.
* Complete privacy: Additional 30% fee on the package.
* Clients must sign a model consent form to confirm their choice.

Album and Photo Delivery

* We design minimalistic albums with black/white backgrounds.
* Clients receive digital proofs via email.
* No deviations from our design style.

Feedback and Reminders

* Provide feedback within 24 hours of issues arising.
* We’ll send reminders, but clients must proactively:
* Share music preferences.
* Select photos for albums.
* Approve drafts promptly.
* Unresponsive clients may face delays or additional charges.

Outdoor Shoots

* Duration: 1-4 hours (as per the quote).
* Location: Within Madurai city limits (Monday-Saturday, non-holidays).
* Additional costs for resorts or venues with photography fees.
* Minimum 20 days’ notice required.
* Outdoor shoots must be completed within 60 days of the event.

Aerial Photography (Drone/Helicam)

* Clients must obtain police permissions at least one week before the event.
* Without permissions:
* Client assumes full legal responsibility.
* We reserve the right to cancel the service.

Code of Conduct

* Clients and guests must not hinder the photographer’s work.
* Abusive behavior or equipment damage may lead to early departure with no refunds.
* Clients indemnify Frame 360 Studios against any claims arising from the event.
