Pricing and Payments

* Prices are subject to change without notice.
* Payment schedule:
* 10% advance: Non-refundable, required to block dates.
* 80% on event day: Non-negotiable.
* 10% before final delivery: Due after approving drafts.
* Additional charges apply for extra services or changes to the original brief.

Refund & Cancellation

• No refunds once payment is made.
• Cancelled events can be rescheduled, subject to availability.
• Full refunds only if we’re unable to perform due to uncontrollable circumstances (e.g., natural disasters)
• Upon sharing the advance payment details with the client, any cancellation initiated by them prior to the event will result in a forfeiture of 60% of the total agreed amount

Delivery Timelines

* Raw photos: Delivered within 5-7 working days post-event.
* Color correction: 5-10 working days after receiving selected photos.
* Album design: 15-20 working days after color correction.
* Videos: Delivered after final payment and approvals.

Additional Charges

* Extra color correction: ₹100 per photo.
* Retouching: ₹250 per photo.
* Album design changes: ₹200 per Sheet.
* Video edits: ₹1,500 per Minute after the first free revision.

Exclusivity

* No other photographers (amateur or professional) are allowed during our shoot.
* This ensures uninterrupted service and high-quality results.

Force Majeure

* We’re not liable for delays or failures due to uncontrollable events (e.g., natural disasters, technical failures).
* Clients indemnify us against losses from such events.

Data Loss Disclaimer

* While we take precautions, we’re not liable for data loss due to technical failures or accidents.
* Clients must back up all delivered files promptly.

Final Notes

* Clients must collect original files within 50 days of the event.
* Uncollected files will be deleted without notice.
